Lifeworks Global is transforming rural communities across Africa by empowering farmers, women, and youth with innovative agricultural solutions. Working in over 12 African countries and partnering with Caritas in 6 nations, we focus on increasing crop yields, improving incomes, strengthening communities, and restoring degraded land. Our mission is to create sustainable livelihoods through nature-positive agriculture and digital solutions that enable smallholder farmers and their communities to thrive despite the challenges of climate change and poverty.

Our Goal

With millions of people across Africa relying on small-scale farming for their survival, Lifeworks Global is committed to helping them improve their productivity and resilience. Our agricultural interventions have already transformed the lives of tens of thousands of farmers, but we need your support to expand these efforts to even more communities. Our goal is to raise £5,000,000 to scale our programs, reach more farmers, and empower women and youth to become leaders in sustainable agriculture.

• Improving Yields: Our innovative farming techniques, combined with digital tools, have increased crop yields by up to 150%. By enabling farmers to adopt these climate resilient techniques, we are helping to improve food security and increase household incomes.
• Boosting Incomes: Smallholder farmers who have adopted our techniques have seen their incomes rise by up to 100%, allowing them to invest in their families’ futures, education, and health.
• Empowering Women and Youth: We focus on providing women and young people with the skills and opportunities to thrive. Over 40% of our participants are women, and we are training the next generation of farmers and entrepreneurs, giving them the tools to lead their communities toward sustainable agricultural practices.
• Partnership with Caritas: Our partnership with Caritas across 6 African countries has allowed us to expand our reach and impact. Together, we are delivering life-changing programs that focus on sustainable farming and the empowerment of marginalized groups.

How Your Donations Will Help:

• £10 trains 10 farmers in these life-long skills
• £100 trains a group of villages
• £250 will setup a self-sustaining local commercial group prodominantly run by women that produces and sells the microbial fertiliser to neighbouring farms and villages
• £500 will fund a local pioneer trainer to train 5 village groups and support them to adopt this approach and setup their own commercial production of bio-fertiliser to share this with their neighbours and realise the benefit for many more people
